Shipping & Mail Order Information

At The Movie-O-Zone we do everything in our power to keep our shipping costs down, while maintaining good, secure and protective packaging for all of your purchases.

Here at The Movie-O-Zone we gladly and proudly ship WORLDWIDE.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout by the automated shopping cart system, based upon your location, the number of items and final shipping weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose. You always have the opportunity to review this cost prior to finalizing an order.

The Movie-O-Zone cut-off deadline for Express Mail is 3:00pm (Pacific Time Zone) Monday through Friday. Of course, we accept Express Mail orders after that time - each and every day - but if an order is posted later than 3:00pm (Pacific Time Zone) we may not post it until the next business day. A signature is required for all Express Mail orders.

We ask that you allow up to five business days from the time you place your order until it ships (sometimes it will differ, depending on the items ordered). And we TRY to ship the same day or day after an order whenever we can. We also realize that the USPS is not processing or delivering at the pace they “used to”. That is just a fact. There is very little we can do about it, except, ask you to have patience.

When your order is placed we automatically send an email with your order confirmation. Please look for this information prior to contacting us. It may be in your spam or trash, if you have filters in place.

When your order is processed for shipping you are automatically sent another email (to the email address given on your order) with the USPS tracking information. If you don't find it, it might be in your spam folder, as it contains links. Please check in your email prior to contacting us regarding the tracking number - if the order has been processed for shipping - the USPS Tracking Number has already been sent!

What You Need to Know About The July 14, 2024 Postage Rate Increase

Effective July 14, the USPS is rolling out updates to postage rates. Here's an overview of the modifications and how they might impact your shipping and mailing strategies.

Parcel Select prices will increase by an average of 25%.

First-Class Mail stamps will increase from 68 cents to 73 cents

Mailing service prices will increase by approximately 7.8%

We at the Movie-O-Zone strive to do everything to keep your shipping rates as low as possible, (this is just an FYI for our loyal customers)

*For our Canadians customers: while we provide you with the USPS Tracking Number at the time your order is processed for shipping, this number will be trackable only once the package has crossed the Canadian-US border through the on-line tracking services of CanadaPost.ca.
