- Do you take special requests?If you have a need – an event or sending a gift or something – please let us know (in the comments section of your order or via e-mail - customerservice@movieozone.com) and we will try our very best to get the items to you when you need them.

- Are the DVDs you offer new or used?
All titles are NEW, digitally-mastered & factory-sealed DVDs, with full menus, packaging and disc artwork. Cover images may change at any time without prior notification. Content will remain the same, but covers may change, at the wish of the distributor.
- Will the DVDs play on my player?
All DVDs are Region 1 and will play in all standard North American (United States and Canada) DVD players. (DVDs may also play in players outside North America.)
- How can I buy a DVD from The Movie-O-Zone?
The Movie-O-Zone accepts all major credit cards, if you do not have a credit or debit card - you can always use a pre-paid gift card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), available at most major supermarkets, department stores, and banks.
We also accept Mail Orders (just ask us for the details).
If you have any problems ordering (with a credit card or a debit card or via Mail Order - just let us know, we'll try to help you through the process - it's pretty simple!)
The Movie-O-Zone's e-commerce platform (the way we process credit cards, etc.) is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant ensuring maximum protection and security for our customers.
Some shipping information:
Movie-O-Zone shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout by the automated shopping cart system, based upon your location, the number of items and final shipping weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose. You always have the opportunity to review this cost prior to finalizing an order.
Our cut-off deadline is 3:00pm (Pacific Time Zone) Monday through Friday. Of course, we accept orders after that time - each and every day - but if an order is posted later than 3:00pm (Pacific Time Zone) we may not post it until the next business day.
Some ordering information:
When your order is placed we automatically send an email with your order confirmation to the e-mail address given by you - in your order.
When your order is processed for shipping we automatically send another email with the USPS tracking information. If you don't find it, it might be in your spam folder, as it contains links.

"What is your return policy?"
* A DVD can only be returned if defective for a replacement DVD of the same title. You, as the customer, are required to contact us prior to any returns and/or replacement request - customerservice@movieozone.com. In special circumstances, a store credit may be issued in exchange for another title, at the staff's discretion. Returns on any unopened/unused or defective merchandise must be made by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an merchandise credit. A restocking fee and/or shipping charges will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns. Please note, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Also note - we do not accept returns simply because you do not like the movie or you haven't read our policies.

What You Need to Know About The July 14, 2024 Postage Rate Increase
Effective July 14, the USPS is rolling out updates to postage rates. Here's an overview of the modifications and how they might impact your shipping and mailing strategies.
- Parcel Select prices will increase by an average of 25%.
- First-Class Mail stamps will increase from 68 cents to 73 cents
- Mailing service prices will increase by approximately 7.8%
