The sweet wartime tale of a group of strangers driven to take shelter at a remote Welsh inn during a storm. Among the guests are an infirm symphony conductor, an army officer, a black-market operator, a fallen sea captain and his spiritualist wife, a couple about to get married and another about to be divorced.
They notice a strange atmosphere about the inn from the start - and the innkeeper and his daughter are very unusual to say the least. Things get more confusing for the guests when they notice that the newspapers and the radio broadcasts are a year old. Soon, each visitor in turn will realize that spirits from their past still linger and haunt them.
Don't miss this overlooked gem of a ghost story.
